🟪NFT Sale
We will sell NFTs in mystery boxes for each street/district (BTC price, BTC volume, ETH price etc.), each of them is either a House, Licence, Land or Pixie. Every building can become a place to host games. The first NFT sale will include 15 000 NFT mystery boxes.
The buildings will be shown on the map and can be modified with some exclusive skins that can be purchased on the marketplace. All NFTs will have different exclusivity levels that give you different benefits for your passive income.
This will secure passive income to the owner of the house and will strengthen the utilitarianism of the NFT. To host a game, the user should purchase a licence for the building on the marketplace or buy it during the NFT sale.

Diamond
A combination of 5 street Diamonds, the owner of the NFTs gets 0.2% of every game played on the street. Can have a unique Name. No need for a land
5* Exclusivity
Can be paired with any land and give access to the houses pool of 6% and gives 30% more revenue to its owner. If the house is not paired with a land, it will give only 1/10 of the revenue.
4* Exclusivity
Can be paired with any land and give access to the houses pool of 6% and gives 20% more revenue to its owner. If the house is not paired with a land, it will give only 1/10 of the revenue.
3* Exclusivity
Can be paired with any land and give access to the houses pool of 6% and gives 10% more revenue to its owner. If the house is not paired with a land, it will give only 1/10 of the revenue.
2* Exclusivity
Can be paired with any land and give access to the houses pool of 6% and gives 5% more revenue to its owner. If the house is not paired with a land, it will give only 1/10 of the revenue.

Can keep without any house and give access to the Lands pool of 6% and gives up to 30% more revenue to its owner. The land is essential for the houses and licences.
4* Exclusivity
Can keep without any house and give access to the Lands pool of 6% and gives 20% more revenue to its owner. The land is essential for the houses and licences.
3* Exclusivity
Can keep without any house and give access to the Lands pool of 4% and gives 10% more revenue to its owner. The land is essential for the houses and licences.
2* Exclusivity
Can keep without any house and give access to the Lands pool of 4% and gives 5% more revenue to its owner. The land is essential for the houses and licences.
1* Exclusivity
Can keep without any house and give access to the Lands pool of 4% and gives revenue to its owner. The land is essential for the houses and licences.
Licence types
5* Exclusivity
Gives access to the 2.9% licence pool owners and gives 50% more revenue to it's holder. Needs at least a land with a house to be fully unlocked. Otherwise, the Licence owner gets only 10% of his revenue. The licence can be moved to another street if needed.
4* Exclusivity
Gives access to the 2.9% licence pool owners and gives 30% more revenue to it's holder. Needs at least a land with a house to be fully unlocked. Otherwise, the Licence owner gets only 1/10 of his revenue. The licence can be moved to another street if needed.
3* Exclusivity
