*2.9% are distributed among licence holders. The licence should be paired with at least a house or land. This percent is on top of any other dividends. **1% is distributed among NFT house owners. If the house is not paired with a land, the owner only gets 1/10 of the revenue. ***1% is distributed among NFT landlords. Does not require to be paired with a house to earn passively. ****1% Charity fund is created to support developing African countries and will be used to build and modernize schools, hospitals and more important infrastructure buildings.
